Hello everyone,

Gosh been a long time since I’ve done a blog but I’ve got time at work now so thought why not plus this is work related.
Let me tell you about a new role I got, alongside with the rest of my hectic life I’m a marketing assistant at Mapalim. Now my job is to promote apprenticeships to youths between the age of 16-24 hence why I’m writing this blog.
This jobs are fun trust me I’ve spoken to those who have done it and they said they had an amazing time and made great friends and learned a lot, some were even successful within Mapalim! I mean how cool is that? Imagine making such a big impression and bam your fully hired!

Unique Idea’s

By having so much time on my hands I’m able to do blogs which is good because my stats has gone up by hundreds. Go on treat yourself!

Well I wouldn’t of done a blog today but I can’t sleep so might as well do one about my day at the Spa. Okay so I am like addicted to Groupon this website has made me go into so much debt with my sisters gosh I can’t explain but these sort of debt is worth it.
So I’ve got spa deals before which is mainly massage but this one was different it gave full access to the actual spa and best things most of it is ladies only. I know how hard it’s to find a good spa for ladies only, I mean The Sanctuary has it but damn it’s expensive maybe two week before I get married but not now. So browsing through groupon and found an offer for 45mins Facial treatment (I went for Microdermobrasion) and 30min Massage, full access to steam and sauna room which is located in the ladies locker room also access to the pool and jacuzzi however if you wish to go in during ladies only time you must call in before hand to know what time it’s certain days. We went today so it was 1.30pm till 2.30pm.

Let me give you tips of your like me that will be comfortable if only ladies only. So the locker room is right next door to the men and a walk from the spa as it’s part of the gym. So make sure you have something to wear to cover up whilst walking up and down. I went early morning shopping today at Primark, I don’t usually shop there because it’s in my local area and people end up looking the same and I like looking different. But they had a beautiful swimsuit for £10 and a pretty takini dress for £2.90 it was worth the money. I’m very conscious when it comes to not wearing a Hijab or revealing clothes in front of men it just comes naturally, so I had it all pre-plan because I knew me will be there just certain times they won’t be spa rarely any men go there so it’s cool but to be on the safe side have a pashmina that you can get for £1 now.

So whilst in the sauna steam room I had just the swimsuit and tankini on, but when going out put on leggins (not that fitted) and a shirt on top got my Hijab and did it roughly but covered hair properly. But trust me it isn’t a fuss at all specially when you know you can take your time. When my girls had their treatment done it was 1.30pm which mean ladies only pool & jacuzzi time, they was very strict about this all doors was shut no men allowed any workers had to be ladies unless emergency they will warn you via telecom. Best time for ladies to go is in the morning where there is hardly men and the spa and healthy club was empty.

Now the treatment, so it was a 45min facial of your choice either dermo or micro I chose micro, my friends are a bit stupid it was 45min but they only got 30mins but that’s their fault 😉 and then 30min back, shoulder and neck massage. I was clever I asked her to do 30min facial and 45min massage. Must say the girl was good not great but worth it I fell asleep she had to wake me up!! I love the micro treatment, I have been having my ‘teenage spots’ for a while now and they tend to leave marks, so when I went to this spa in Crouch End she told me about it and I found an offer on Groupon for 30min x3 for £29 which is bargain because normally it’s £45 for 30min at Mode. Masha’allah it has got rid of many scars this is my 3rd time getting it done so I have seen a difference, I will recommend people to do it, it’s good and safe but everyone’s skin is different however this is something you can try once and then sea if it’s good for you! The massage was indulging from sitting on the computer all day and looking after the kids I needed it so was worth it.

Overall I will tell all of yo readers to go to this spa if you want a girly day out its fun and relaxing just make sure you go prepared if you cover up all the time a maxi dress would be best easy to put on and off with a pashmina. 7/10 on the spa 9/10 on the facial and 7/10 massage.

“It’s our little secret”

As usual I have random blogs depends what’s actually making me write the blog. This blog is about “Pedophiles” The reason I’m writing about this is because it’s been bugging me recently, hearing too many stories about it.
This is one of the most disturbing things in the world for me, is men/women abusing children for their own pleasure doesn’t that just make you sick?! They torture innocent kids because they get a ‘thrill’ out of it? It really does make me cry. A week ago there was a programme about the female ring and to know that one lady did it to her own boy was so disturbing I can’t explain. I am sure that everyone that watched that couldn’t believe it, but it is true she did abuse him! The main jist of this ring was that the guy who set up these women to do these acts was actually clever enough to not do it himself but set up for others to do! People found it more sick because a lady was abusing her son, the same way a guy abuses his daughter!

Many men/women use the phrase “It’s our little secret” and kids are innocent they know a secret should never be told to anyone so they won’t tell anyone. I pray kids that might be going through it now or have been through it long time ago get the courage to speak up so we can help them. It’s easier said than done I guess hence why I said I pray they do! Because think of it like this if they speak up they will not only help themselves but help others that may be going through it to speak up to or even the person that may have abused you or is abusing you he/she may be doing it to others you will be helping them too! Many pedophiles that have got caught, in their interview they tend to use the excuse of “It’s happened to me when I was young” Yes your psychologically disturbed and secondly if it’s bloody happened to you why make others go through it you sick idiot! (This angers me so much)

You hear so much about it and it’s like a knife stabbing through me when I hear about it! I want to help those kids but how will I ever know it’s happening?! I pray these sick people get what they deserve, I never pray for anyone to get hurt but these lot are an exception!
For my following paragraphs please don’t assume I’m meaning EVERYONE I’m not!

In South Asia many countries are full of perverts but some are full of pedophiles. Perverts are those that just stare at women/men in a sexual way. pedophiles are those who ABUSE children! Those children that don’t even have a mind of their own and don’t know what is right & wrong!
Crimewatch recently had a Bengali pedophile who claims his a Imam! He was supposed to teach these children what’s right & wrong in Islam but look what he did instead! I was disgusted so badly I sent his picture to all mosques that I know of gave it to family/friends because they think and I do too that his teaching in a mosque still a mosque that’s oblivious to all of his acts and his still doing his thing!

Please people try to help as much as you can. I know for those who may have been through it in the past or maybe going through it now, try your best to find a way out, don’t think there isn’t anyone going to help you there will always will be by helping yourself you will alongside help others because you’re not alone in this thousands of other people have been through it in the world just never stopped it because they might have thought that the “secret” will be out! Try your best. I will always be here to help those and I am also going to help out in charities that help these children overcome their fear because I believe in change and if I can help towards change then I damn well will!

Job Hunting in the UK is now like searching for the ‘one’

Well as you may have experience or heard that job hunting if very hard now specially with the new government.
I maybe an International Wedding Planner however I still am in search for a job, when I finished my studies last year (thank god) I started searching for a job whilst searching I was starting up my own business and now reforming that business due to the economic crisis. It’s going to be a year nearly that I have been unemployed, thank to my parents I have been able to survive financially or I would’ve been really doomed.

I made a professional take a look at my CV but they said nothing is wrong, with it then I did a ‘fake’ telephone and face2face interview he said I was very good and knew how to answers the question straight away without hesitating so then I thought what’s the problem why am I not getting a job? I came to an understanding that it won’t be any time soon that I will be getting a job because me without having excess amount of experience and the little I do have it’s just not simply enough. However, this doesn’t stop me from looking because I don’t believe in quitting unless it’s necessary like my studies I didn’t do further education because I know it will be a waste of time and money for me, I don’t have an interest in education never did and don’t think I will.

Insha’allah one ay I will get a job and maybe it won’t be the best but guess what? At this moment I don’t think I’ll be fussy in what the pay is (unless peanuts) a job is a job at the end of the day. I mean the other day I got called for a telephone interview for a 60k job I mean I applied just thinking they really that they won’t even bother reading my covering letter after seeing my CV but they did and it did help me because at the end when he kindly told me I didn’t get the job but gave me feedback and it was again due to my experience. I wasn’t sad about it I was happy they acknowledged my application. It was to be a Wedding Planner for a client based in the Middle East, contract from June to Sept and you travel to the Middle East and back! It would’ve been amazing to have gotten the job but it was too good to be true but it didn’t stop me from looking I am still in the search and will be for a very long time.
I am still doing freelance wedding planning which is good because I’m doing it on the side but again it’s not a guarantee now is it? I may get a client now but then what happens when I’ve finished with that wedding?

In the mean time while I am searching for a job some may wonder what I do with my time, well I balance it around my sisters time-table because they are mothers and they work full-time it’s sad because they don’t get to spend time with their childrens but I rather they give their kids to me than strangers and pay so much for it. I do get paid or they get what I want and it’s usually expensive things I look for when I know they are paying 😉 Also I help around the household chores, my mother isn’t that fit lady she was before giving birth to 8 kids she’s gone fat now (LOL) and also a bit old (LOL) and my dad well he does his bit so can’t complain. Which ever person think that a “housewive” have got it lucky not working trust me you will be happy to be working than staying at home and working. But can’t compalin many people enjoy it. Also if any of my friends are reading this and wondering ‘whatever’ how can she be so busy. Well I would like for you to understand that looking after children, helping out in the house, looking for a job, starting your own business and spending time with family isn’t a part-time thing. It takes time, would I rather go out and spend so much money than help my mother around the house and kids? I rather do that than spend money. Yes once in a while it’s good and I do meat up with those I can meat up with but if I haven’t met up with you in ages don’t take it to heart it’s simply because our time-table clashes. Either your free I’m not or I’m free and you’re not. Hope you all understand.

Going of topic there, but why did I name this: “Job hunting in the UK is now like searching for the ‘one’ ” Because haven’t most of us always said can’t find the one and when I do I will keep hold of it, well I’m sure that all those job seekers out there that gets a job will keep hold of it for a very LONG time!

Don’t give up because if you do think about how will you be able to survive? Unless you have amazing parents that will pay for everything including paying for your holidays, outing with friends, petrol, oyster etc then don’t give up because always remember quitting is for losers! Unless you smoke you MUST quit now! hehe

Long distant relationships……

Thought I’ll do a quick blog on this as I was reading about it. I was interested in this sort of relationship because I was intrigued on how people are together mentally but not physically…

It’s such a big thing to be in one because when you truly like someone and it does have potential, then their far away I mean how strong does a person have to be to stay far away from someone.
One friend is dating someone from abroad and they have around 6hours difference and she was telling me how sad it is because in some ways it sucks that when they need each other the time difference kills it they can’t be there for each other all the time. I was truly sad for her because it’s sad knowing the one person you need the most can’t be there even if they try the ultimate best to be there. It’s impossible….

One advice I will give those whose in long distant relationships is whenever you get sad about how far you are and the time difference always say to yourself. Hopefully soon you will be together forever and that will make your days go by. One good point about long distant relationship, you won’t be that into each other lives because of the time such as if you lived close to them and had free time you will always sea them this gives you the chance to live the life as you would’ve if you was single, and once he/she comes into your life forever you can spend it together and it will be worth the wait.

True Colours

Well today I felt like writing about ‘true colours’ Okay so when people say this to other people: “Now he/she has shown her true colours” Why do people always say it when they sea the negative side to them? Why isn’t true colours a person’s good side? i won’t lie I have said i before in the past but now to think of it I didn’t even know what I meant by it, now I don’t think I will say it (Insha’allah won’t)

True colours isn’t only a persons bad side, I think the meaning behind this phrase should be used after one gets to know another. For instance: Someone is closed person but once you get to know them and talk to them you will sea their true colours as in their true personality. I truly don’t get it anymore when people say their true colours and question these people if they even know what they mean and why does a person’s negative side means it’s their true colours? Does this mean that their negative side is their only side?

If you are reading this blog and say that when you sea a person’s bad side think to yourself, what do you even mean by it? Is their true colours their bad side?
Personally I think true colours is a person’s personality. I meat someone I don’t know them I get to know them a bit more and there I have seen their true colours god and bad. Don’t get me wrong not only a person’s good side is their ‘true colours’ but a person’s personality on a whole is their ‘true colour’

I wrote this today because a friend told another friend that their bad side is their true colour, this annoyed me because this other friend is actually a very lovely person and their bad side isn’t their only true colour they have more.

Why ask someone else about this feeling: Love?

Blog #2: What is it? Why is it?

We all think there is no such thing as love even I say that but how can we say that? There must be right? I mean loads of people are going through it and those who “don’t” believe in it something must of happened right

Well I’m not one to say “no love does exist” but I can say is love must exist(?) there must be even, if its a day that we had a passion of care and love for one person, we may not know it till its gone or till they have expressed the same feeling but we all did..

Even now I would say I dont believe in love because I havent ever been put in the position…. how can I say I believe in it if I don’t even know what it is.  People ask other “what is love?” how can a person answer that only that one person who is in love will know because they feel differently towards another human being

So before you ask people “What is love?” ask yourself this “am I feeling different” and by asking urself that thi automatic feeling will come on

A lot of people come to me for advice on “Like” but I dont know how or where my answers come from but I have to admit I give good answers . Once a friend said how can you not ever be in love your giving talks like you have had loads of experience…. even in this case we need experience to find the right “one” but I guess its because im the type of person who learns from others well in this case I learn from others don’t get me wrong I don’t in all cases…

But yes my point what is “Like”
Its something only you will know so don’t waste your time reading books and googling it you will know you in “like” once u start to question yourself…
